I have been to Zocco's about a dozen times. On one visit I had a concern about pricing...I sent an email...The owner/chef responded to me personally...THE SAME DAY...He totally understood and wanted to hear my feedback.
I went back and was so happy I did. Zocco's is a great, owner/chef-occupied non-chain, real, down home Italian gem...Prices are great, service is stellar and trust me- the owner really, really cares! Try it- you'll like it!

Oh my, where do I start - I had been told to go to Zocco's for about 3 months now and finally did it on Saturday. WHAT I WAITED SO LONG FOR I DON'T KNOW. The food was excellent - the best Chicken Parm I have ever had. My friend had the surf and turf and he didn't say a word while he ate it. It was to good to waste time talking. We started out with a appertiser of Bread with cheese - oh my - it was beyond words - I was in heaven. Then our salads came - HUGH!! The freshest ingredients By the time our dinner got there, I was filled but had to dive into the chicken parm - You have to go there and try it - I can not find the right words to describe how great it was. The service was excellent - can not say enough wonderful things about this restaurant - I will be back.

There are 4 well known italian restaurants in Windsor and I think Zoccos is the best. They really do make their food from scratch. Fresh pasta sheets, fresh sliced eggplant, fresh chicken, fresh seafood. Their veggies are fresh cut and sliced, the mushrooms are the real button mushrooms, not from a can. Their seasonal menu is great, I can't wait to see what they'll cook up next, LITERALLY. I plan my entire week around the Tuesday night fresh pasta bar. The chef is curiously delightful AND cooks to your demand in front of your eyes. Awesome. I bring my friends and family there and they always suggest it whenever they come back into town. Next time, Zoccos.

I've been a vegetarian for 3 yrs and zoccos food is so good I'm currently off the wagon. Pick a meal- the grilled chicken fasani, the chicken parm, the NE turkey. I love them all and only go here for dinner if I go anywhere. Best italian food ever with a homey feel to it. Pleasant service. 5 stars imo.

I've been friends with Rob Niemann for years. He's crazy, but you know...we all are a little bit in our own way. I personally know how hard it is to work in a restaurant, I've bartended & waited tables for a number of years, & I have to say they're doing a great job at Zoccos. Not only has all the food I've ever eaten over the years been creative & delicious, but the staff is doing a great job. I have helped them with their wine list, very modest, but well rounded for a great glass of wine at a very reasonable price. I'm proud of all you guys, Thnx

My wife & I live in southwick mass, but we heard about Zocco's from our daughter's boyfriend. He said they had the best idea....make your own pasta on Tuesday night. One of the owners makes whatever you can imagine, puts it in a pan with a sauce of your choice...and away you go. I went for the first time last Tuesday & I'll be there again tonight. See ya'll at zoccos

Pizza....crust is everything...& now I have attained pizza heaven!!!!! The zoccos special is to die for...but lets not over look the freshness of the sauce!!!! you guys out there gotta try it....only place I'll go for pizza now!!!

Fall is a time of year for comfort food & robust wine. Zoccos surprised me with both. From my house salad (with roasted sweet potatoes!!!) to the short ribs w/roasted root veg & homemade sweet potato pasta. My Husband had a twice baked potato pizza....best he ever had (and best I ever had since we were sharing I know). Waitstaff was very friendly....a little scattered, but I guess that happens to the best of us. Thank you so much!!!! can't wait to see whats for winter!!!!!
