I don't know where the other reviewer got their opinion but it couldn't have been at the original award winning Westerfield House that closed back in 2002. The last review was posted in Feb 2012 so maybe their memory is in need of a tune up. This bed & breakfast featured a delicious seven course gourmet meal prior to your overnight stay. It was housed in a 3 level log cabin with private baths. The cabin was decorated in colonial Williamsburg style with Windsor chairs that were 200 years old, etc. The owners were charmimng and fun (Jim and Marilyn Westerfield).
The inn closed in 2002 and has since been two other B&Bs. Maybe the other reviewer meant one of those. The original was worth every cent and more. I miss it and wish it was still around.
