Murphys is one of my most favorite destinations in California and V's is my favorite restaurant. I have dined at V's probably 5 or 6 times and have never been disapointed. My favorite is the Fried Olives, stuffed with anchovies. On my last visit I had the truffle risotto which was perfection. The only mistake I have made is not to make reservations ahead of time and was not able to get into the restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend V's.
