Fresh, tasty food in a fun atmosphere in a great artsy neighborhood. Try to dine on the patio!
Sandwiches, salads, excellent soups, lots of vegetarian options plus some really great burgers and the Chicken Avocado Club is the best! Good Red Beans n Rice and Chili, too.
Service is NOT speedy. The kitchen is small and each item is made to order.
The tavern is old, looks authentic, built in the early 1800s. The staff is friendly, and there's live music on weekends.
The beer selection is some the best in town-10 craft beers on tap and over 30 domestics, crafts and imports. Cheap prices, too. We go every time we're near!
