I use Tony's bakery for all my grandchildren's birthday cakes - even though the parties are not in Midland! Not only are the cakes delicious, but beautiful! My grandchildren always look forward to Tony's creating the perfect cake.

They were so nice!! Usually they ask you to order the Tony's Sandwiches a day in advance, I had forgotten and called early the next morning. They did it for me without problem and were so nice about it. I won't order the day of just out of respect. The food is amazing and they were so incredibly nice!! Great Place and Great People!!

Dear jess31 i understand why you are not satisfied with Tony's bakery. but Dear friend please undertand that Tony's bakery is a family business they are limited on employees. they are very hard working people and they try to have all their orders ready. Im trying to make you see that they are humans and they make mistakes. I love Tony's bakery because they are dedicated people and their product is the best ever. Sorry bout your expirience with them if i were you i would give them one more chance it wont hurt i promise.

I used Tony's Bakery for my son's birthday this year. They did an excellent job on the design and the cake was delicioius. They accepted my order with short notice and delivererd a spectacular product. Their customer service was great! I highly recommend using this bakery!

I do not know what the last reviewer is talking about! I have been going to Tony's Old Fashion Bakery for several years now and have never had a problem with their service! I have seen them have coustumer's rude and try and come back and get their money back when ever their cakes or cookies have already been eaten or consumed and they do not treat them rude but simply explain why they can not fix the problem. Tony's Old Fashion Bakery is a family business and all their coustumers are treated as they are part of the family. So I highly recommend this bakery.

I placed an order and did not get what I ordered. Then when I called back to let them know that my order was wrong they were very rude and did not even offer to fix the problem. This was the first time I have ordered anything from them and i will never order from them again. Very poor customer service!!!!
