Bad and getting worse

Tokyo restaurant on Factoria Boulevard is one of the worst Japanese food I have had in many years. At one time I thought the food was authentic but recently the ownership changed hands and man did the food deteriorate. I had a variety of appetizers (chicken wings, tofu steak, yakitori and chicken gizzards on skewers) and all of the appetizers were mediocre to say the least. I then had tempura soba and the noodles were soggy and mealy. The only decent thing to eat is the sushi -which is the only thing made a Japanese chef. I would not go back ever.
