Frozen Day Old Meat?

My rib eye steak was goo. At first I thought it had been undercooked, but when lifted with a fork the steak would stretch under its own weight. For $18, you would expect something edible. I ate about 2 bites and then focussed on the potato. I've never seen a steak's texture and flavor so destroyed. I piled the steak on my bread plate and just ate the dried out bake potato, which may have been pulled from a fridge as well.

Truly awful meal, perhaps the worst I had in decade. My friend had fried shrimp and scallops. They appeared to be of the pre-packaged, frozen variety. She left over half of her meal on the plate.

The owner failed to see the quality issue and just wanted to give me my meal for "free". I should have charged him for the hot dog I bought at the DQ on the way home.
