A Culinary Delight in Clinton Hills

I am a very picky eater, but I decided to try Tamboril. The ambience is dominated by soft lighting, creating a very cozy setting.
The owner Ed is very friendly and you are promptly waited on by either him or his staff.
I ordered the juicy beef burger, which is topped by picante caramelized onions and you have your choice of sweet potato fries or tostones.
While waiting for my take out order, I was asked if I would like a class of water and was pleasantly surprised at the attention given each customer.
Ed came over and we had a pleasant little conversation about him and the restaurant, he even asked about me.
The food cooked is called "Nuevo Latino Cuisine."
The burger was nice and juicy, made with fresh meat and the fries were made in fresh oil.
For those of you that do not eat beef, they have an equally exquisite turkey burger, along with some excellent offerings for the vegetarian crowd.
I would say stop by and tell Ed, Bridget the student from Pratt, Sent you. The prices are low for the quality of cuisine that is being served. The highest plate I saw on the menu was eighteen dollars.
They also serve some breakfast. So go to their website and check it out or better yet, stop on by and be pleasantly surprise, by the cuisine, the staff, the New Gem of Cuisine in Clinton Hill awaits you and all will feel welcomed.
