Fresh and Delicious

This restaurant is located hidden in the back of a strip mall, and is not well known. I happened to visit Martini Blues next door and noticed this place. The dining room is quiet and clean and good for having a conversation with friends -- a big contrast from the rowdy Martini Blues. Of course they have excellent food. Their food is really fresh and delicious. Large sushi bar was staffed with two experienced sushi chefs who will make anything that you request. Their sushi order sheet has a design-your-own-roll section, where you can write in what ingredients and what sauces should be put in your own roll. A fun way to have your dinner made. But be careful if you are new to sushi. I would recommend just pick from their 40+ sushi rolls on the menu. Besides the delicious sushi, they have the usual kitchen foods like tempura, teriyaki, udon, so on. Quite a few dinner guests seem to enjoy those kitchen foods.
