Undercooked food and overserved guests in a dirty restaurant. Accompanied by the undisputed rudest bar staff in the Treasure valley. The only reason this restaurant survives is because of it's epic location in Boise's North end. The food is creative and tasty when prepared properly, but it's always hit or miss. The general vibe of the regulars is a bit of a Californian drunken ego mixed with a consumerist college crowd looking for cheap drinks. This may be the only place in town where you may need an Id check and wristband at the door to get a burrito to go. The harshness of the staff is most likely a result of unskilled ownership or more possibly the abuse of inhalants and alcohol among the staff themselves. This place wreaks of negative energy! I gave Parilla Grill several chances and will not return.
