"This Cat Knows Q" is their motto. Mr. C, as he is affectionately known, is the owner's cat. Don't laugh at his name, read all about it on the website. But do go for the ribs and North Carolina Pulled Pork. It is the real stuff rubbed with "Magic Dust" and smoked till it is just right. Other meats include brisket, smoked chicken and more. Daily Chyef specials. Don't miss the homemade sides. They are worth the trip alone. Awsome 17th Street Pit Beans, creamy Potato Salad, Collard Greens(yes!) Prices are reasonable and portions generous.
