Delicious Veg Fare!

When my partner and I happened across the Lotus Garden, we were thrilled to discover that they offer a delicious, completely vegan menu of over 40 different selections. You get free tea, the service is friendly, the ambiance is quiet and relaxing, and the food comes out quickly. We were both extremely impressed with our meals: I got the "sweet and sour nugget" which is like sweetr and sour chicken, and he got the "moo shoo soystrips" which was a delicious vegan take on mooshoo pork. The hot and sour soup is also mind blowing. We have since returned many a time and brought friends and visitors to Eugene, carnivores and veggies alike. So far everyone has really enjoyed this restaurant. Another perk- all the dishes are under $10 and you get free rice with every entree (choice of brown or white and steamed or fried)!
