Staff Excels at Bad Service

Truthfully, I never got a chance to taste the food because I was never greeted or seated--even though a waiter walked by me four times, looking me in the eye, and apparently chose to ignore me. I waited for five minutes while the waiter served a family, chatted with a co-worker at the bar, and walked by me again--with eye contact--and said not a word. There were two other employees working at the time, but only the waiter knew I was there.
The restaurant is small inside, and there were good smells coming from the kitchen but, alas, I never had the chance to try the food. I hope someone who is associated with this restaurant reads this review (or one of the others I have written about La Fiesta) and realizes that, in the age of technology, one disappointed customer can hurt business by getting online and talking about it.
