A very unique experience

My personal experience with Kristofer's Bistro was outstanding. The venue is one of the most unique I have ever experienced. It offers both an eloquent, romantic dining room, and also offers a gallery room that can be used for private events. Chef Charles is great. He comes out to greet every customer he can, and makes wonderful conversation. He prepares cuisine that offers a wonderful combination of flavors from around the world. The restaurant is located almost 10 miles outside of the local community, but it is well worth the drive.

Our dining experience was GREAT. About two weeks before we were going to eat here we contacted Chef Charles and requested lamb shanks. They were excellent!
we have eaten here 3 times and each time the food has been very good. There is a small menu but it has something for everyone with some unusual specials. If you don't see what you want and take the trouble to ask there are often "off menu" items available and depending on how busy it is, Chef Charles will custom cook your request.
Service has been great on each visit, I would advise to ask for Isabelle.
We come to the area twice a year to visit relatives and will continue to make it a point to eat here.
