"My party and I arrived at around 8 PM and were seated promptly within about 5 minutes. It was a little busy, although I cannot imagine it was any busier than a normal Saturday evening. After waiting for over an hour without the waitress even stopping by the table, my brother went to the bar to get a drink and ask about the food. He was told "It is coming, the order got stuck behind another." Our food did not come for another 40 minutes, and when it did, only 1 of the 4 steaks were done the way we asked. I cannot imagine a situation in which it takes 2 hours to make 4 steaks (2 of which were only 6 oz.). Needless to say, I will never go there, nor will I ever advise anyone to go there again.


p.s. We spoke with the manager and all she had to say was that they were busy and had a small grill. No free drinks, no explanation, reason to believe that they cared. "We are busy" is no excuse for a 2+ hour wait."
