Posh and nonworldly

I once talked to the owner of this restaurant and this is why I gave the restaurant a Terrible rating. The owner explained to me that most people are too cheap to want to spend the amount of money he was asking for their food. He stated that most people aren't worldly enough to desire a more high priced, worldly meal. Excuse me Mr. Owner, but the majority of the world does not eat the finest ingredients from the far corners of the world, only posh high class privileged people do. So perhaps redefine your meaning of "worldly".
