Bland food and unimpressive service

We stopped by Harrison's last Sunday in the middle of the afternoon. The place was not very busy. We waited at least three minutes for someone to seat us. After we overheard the servers begging each other to take our table, we felt very unwelcome. Two people came by the table to get our drinks before our server showed up without a greeting. Just, "Have you decided?" She looked like she just didn't want us to be there.
The food was average at best. I had asked to exchange the green beans for rice as a side. When the check came, I noticed I had been charged $2.25 for the green beans. I asked our server. And, was told that "they" said the rice was a garnish. And, I had to pay for the side. That would have been fine if i had of been told.
I don't mind to spend money on good food and service. But Harrison's has a long way to go.
