I went there last weekend and had the time of my life. We split a HUGE steak and had cold beer. But I never expected to have entertainment as well. The bartender, a sassy and quick witted young lady by the name of Nichole made the whole experience one of a kind. By the time we left, I felt like like I was at Cheers. This a place that I will frequent often if not for the food then especially for the entertainment!!!!!!!

This is the best place I've eaten at for home down cooking. If you leave the Grubsteak hungry, you only ordered a beer. The food is GREAT! It's a must eatery if you're visiting Helena, MT.

THE GRUB STEAK IN HELENA, MT IS THE BEST RESTRAUNT FOR 150 MILES. I ATTENDED A SCHOOL IN HELENA. AFTER A TOUGH DAY IN CLASS, A BIG JUICY BEEF STEAK AND COLD BEER MADE ANY DAY A GOOD ONE. IF YOURE LUCKY ENOUGH TO CATCH NIKKI BEHIND THE BAR, YOURE IN FOR A NIGHT YOU'LL NEVER FORGET. PERFECT FOOD, AWESOME PEOPLE, AND COMFORTABLE SETTING MADE BEING AWAY FROM HOME A BIT EASIER. GOD BLESS YA'LL AT THE GRUB-STEAK.
