Really Authentic

It's always hard to find Mexican food in the USA that's actually Mexican and not Tex-Mex. I'm not saying that Tex-Mex is bad, but it's just not the same thing. El Quetzal is Mexican. I've had the huaraches and quesadillas there and both tasted exactly like the huaraches (or sopes) and quesadillas that I had in Mexico City. Highly recommended.

They have huaraches y tortas gigantes. And they definitely are gigantic. Gigantic and delicious. And authentic, I believe, though I've never been to Mexico. Highly recommended!

Went here and had their Chorizo Torta, was awesome. They do give you a lot of food and prices were fantastic. The place is a little whole in the wall that does not have much seatting, but you should definitely go and check it out.
