Dear El Bandido:
On June 1, 2010 and again on June 29, 2010 my husband and I had lunch at your establishment. We generally enjoy your food; however, your waitresses do not provide satisfactory service. On June 29, 2010 we waited for thirty minutes to have our order taken and receive our drinks, then another forty minutes to receive our entrees. We waited another thirty minutes to receive our bill for the meal. The waitresses only visited our table three times in both cases (to take our orders, serve our entrees, and serve our bills), both times the restaurant was relatively empty and the waitresses spent more time talking to each other than taking care of the customers.
We would like to continue patronizing your establishment; however we will not return unless we can be promised better service. I want to be assured that I will not be subjected to such poor service. You need to hire new employees who care about their tips and the service they provide or you will no longer have my patronage.
