I used to be really excited to eat here; but lately I have been disappointed. The sauce in most of the dishes I've tried, have been lacking. Meaning, lack there of. Dishes have been dry the last 3 times I've been in. Not sure what's up but just a heads up.

I'll admit I'm a creature of habit. As such, almost every time I go to East & West Proctor I get the Green Curry with Chicken, medium spicy. It's got a rich, thick, basil-y sauce filled with large pieces of eggplant, celery, red peppers, mushrooms, and, of course, chicken. With the accompanying steamed rice, it makes for a tasty dinner and, if I'm careful not to eat too much, a tasty lunch the next day.
The rest of the menu comes from across Asia, ranging from cashew chicken to Korean barbecue to Vietnamese pho. Everything I've had has tasted great and I'd definitely recommend this place the next time you're looking for something to eat in the North End of Tacoma.
