This is a STEAK!

The moment I walked through the covered wagon entry I knew was I going to get a good eatin' steak. I ordered a Raspberry Lemondrop, one of the house specialties. It was very smooth and just the right amount of everything. I started off with the Firecracker Prawn appetizer and completely blown away by the favor. Not to spicy, yet enough to jolt your taste buds. We ordered a bottle of the Mollydooker Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz to compliment the meats and fish we were eating. I had the new york and lobster with mashed potatoes and this amazing red wine brown sauce. The new york was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. A true medium rare. Red on the inside and just a touch of pink. The Australian lobster tail was by far one of the best lobster tails I have ever eaten. I was so tender and melted in my mouth. I finished it off with a slice of homemade coconut cream pie. It was just as amazing as everything else I had eaten. It was light and creamy but not too heavy nor to light. I will return again and again.
