October 17, 2006 by Mike A. This is your typical chain Mexican restaurant, with the faux-Mexican paraphernalia on the walls and gigantic servings of heavy food with lots of beans and rice that you won't eat. I liked this place, though, because it became sort of a comfort-food place we'd go after a stressful day at work. It seemed like a huge meal called El Matador accompanied by a frosted goblet of Dos Equis Amber would do wonders for the mood. Need a hotel? Visit InnLister for hotels in Columbus.
