February 8, 2007 by Mike A. We went for dinner last night and ordered a deep dish spinach pizza. It was excellent. Their crust is amazing: crispy and flaky. We also shared a plain old side salad, which was really nothing to write home about, so skip that unless you really need your vegetables. We got a small pizza for two of us, and it was plenty. The deep dish pizzas take 25 minutes to cook, though, so be ready to wait or call ahead with your order. Rating:
January 4, 2007 by Aaron Alright, I have had real Chicago deep dish when I lived back in the midwest and although it isn't exactly the same or as good, it is just a hair off and still fantastic. Ambiance is very light and almost cafeteria like and service is good. I highly recommend checking it out. Need a hotel? Visit InnLister for hotels in Seattle.
