Best Hot Dogs!

Capitol Lunch always had the BEST chili dogs I've ever (to this day) eaten, and I don't even particularly LIKE hot dogs! My friends and I used to go there after our high school day ended in the early 1970's (NBHS). I've since lived all over the US, and still have never had one that even comes close to the great flavor. I sure hope they've never changed formulas!
