I ordered Brazilian Linguica on-line from them and received it a few days later. It arrived warm and unusable. When I contacted this company, they said that they only guarantee items using Fed Ex Express (I used a two day option) and that they would not refund my order. They did not have that information anywhere in the ordering process--only listed deep within their shipping policy. I find it unbelievable that would ship a product they knew would be spoiled before arriving. I cannot believe that they treat their customers so poorly that they would feel comfortable send a product likely to cause food poisoning. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I would not recommend this store to my enemies.
