TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
April 4, 2008 by ChelleMorales I am not usually one to judge this harshly but I think this place is terrible. I agree with the below poster about the manager. He is completely clueless. One of the waitresses got busy and when my 16 year old was walking to the bathroom, she pushed my daughter, knocking her into some stools that where there. She didn't apologize but grunted, "MOVE". Needless to say, I was livid. I asked to see the manager, explained the situation and he said he would speak with her, and gave me the short staffed speech. Of course, I told him that I didn't give a rip and told him to deal with it. He made the waitress apologize. So instead she came to the table and denied it. IDIOT! Both of them. As we were leaving I confronted him again and told him he should learn to supervise and do his job correctly or they would not be in business long. Honestly... I am surprised they have lasted as long as they have. One plus... or negative... you get massive amounts of food. Rating:
No food, unresponsive/uncaring manager
July 14, 2007 by mooyt After waiting 45 minutes for our food (while watching people who were seated after us receive their food, consume it, and then receive the check), we asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Jonathan, did not resolve the problem. He simply told us that he was short staffed and that he could "try to get our food out." While we understand short staffed means it could take some time to get our food, there is no explanation why so many others, seated after us, received their food. The manager did not seem to care that there was a problem, nor was he that interested in fixing it. Because of this treatment, we walked out of the restaurant (we have never done this before). Added to this was the fact that we were seated next to the kitchen. Normally this would not be a problem, but we had to repeatedly over hear the waitresses cursing at the cooks. If a restaurant is going to have an open kitchen area, with seating next to it, then they need to maintain a certain level of decorum and decency. We've eaten at the restaurant before and enjoyed the food, but this experience with the poor service has really soured the place for us. I would not recommend this restaurant because you have no idea how you will be treated, or how long you'll have to wait for your food. Rating:
July 7, 2007 by Aaron First off the location in Federal Way is located next to Trader Joe's so there is plenty of parking. The food is good and way, way more than plentiful in quantity. The service was good. The recommendation I received was for the Chicken Fried Steak with 2 eggs, home fries, and 2 gigantic buttermilk biscuits. Ugggg. It was really good. Need a hotel? Visit InnLister for hotels in Federal Way. MapIs there something incorrect or inappropriate on this page? Let us know and we'll take care of it.
