Friday, 1pm.
no one in line.(I know why now!)
ordered chicken-bacon sandwich.
took 9 minutes.
opened it up after one bite.
bacon was black...not brown, not dark brown.....BLACK!
Took it back and put it on front counter, said to young lady of about 25 yrs. old. My sandwich has bacon that's black.
she said we grill our bacon well done for crispness.
I said this is not well done, its black, as in burnt!
she said "sorry 'bout that".....turned her back and kept working!
i threw the sandwich on the floor over the counter. left.
Sorry about that!!!!!!
What great service, and great quality!
Will NEVER go to another arbys garbage place again.
