Bio: Executive Chef, Founder & CEO of Fregene’s Italian Pizza, Inc. and Sonoma Naturals, Inc.
Born and raised in Marin County, Chef Glen has over 20 years of culinary and business management experience. Chef Glenn gained his love for the culinary arts as a child from his father “a great cook”, Glenn says and then developed his own style of blending natural fresh ingredients to create awardwinning recipes.
Much of his creative passion comes from years of travel and living in Italy and Europe. With over 38 culinary awards, Chef Glenn’s passion is to combine his flair for the creation of fine foods with his knowledge and experience in business development. Chef Glenn oversees all aspects of business operations and management of Fregene’s Pizza, as well as developing new products for Fregene’s instore retail line.
